Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un anticuerpo monoclonal o un fragmento del mismo capaz de unirse por lo menos a un epítopo de la subunidad "alfa" del receptor de alta afinidad Fc de la IgE, segregando las células de hibridoma dicho anticuerpo monoclonal, un proceso para la preparación de dicha célula de hibridoma y para la preparación de dicho anticuerpo monoclonal o fragmento del mismo, composiciones farmacéuticas conteniendo dicho anticuerpo o fragmento del mismo y el empleo de dicho anticuerpo o fragmento del mismo para fines terapéuticos, diagnosis y purificación.
