Specification forming part of Design No. 8,717. dated October 1], 1875; application filed September 18, 1875. [Term of Patent 14 years] To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, WILLIAM T. PRICE, of Uircleville, in the county of Pickaway and in the State ot'Ohio, have invented a certain new and useful Design for Monuments; and do hereby declare that the following is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to the letters of reference marked thereon, making a part of this specification.

My design consists in the form of a monn nient, substantially as shown in the accompanying drawings.

A represents the ground-base, which is or may be of a single piece of stone, upon which, near each end, are bases B B, which support upright columns 0 (3. Each column has a cap, D D, of the form substantially as shown,
