To all whom it n'my concern.-
Be it known that I, FRANK E. Howell, of Brattleborough, in the county of Windham and State of Vermont, have invented and pro duceda new and original Design for an Advertising-Card, of which the following is aspecification.
My design consists in a peculiar ornamentation of an advertising-card, the leading fea- IO tures of which are a star in the center of the card, at or near its top, ornamental circular -lines or rings at each end of the card, and parallel stripes across the face of the card on either side of said rings.
Reference is to be had to the accompanying drawing, forming part of this specification, which represents a face View of a card haviug my new design.
The central upper portion of the card is decorated on its ace with a star, b, and each end of the card with upper and lower circular lines or rings, 0 c. Across the face of the card,
- on each or both sides of said rings, are parallel stripes d e, leaving a space, f, between them.
I elaim- 1. The design for an advertising-card herein shown and described, the same consisting of the central star, b, on the upper portion of the face of the card, and circular lines or 0 rings 0 c on opposite ends of said face.
2. The design for an advertising-card herein shown and described, the same consisting of circular line or ring ornamentations c c on opposite ends of the face of the card, and stripes d, a, and f across the face of the card on the sides of said rings.
3. The design for an advertising-card here in shown and described, the same consisting ofa central star, b, on the upper portion of the face of the card, circular lines or rings 0 c on opposite ends of said face, and the stripes d e f across the face of the card.
