| v z! w fl 'd-Z F D i I l7 A W m g 031 1 UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
CHARLES S. BOLL, OF HARRISBURG, PENNSYLVANIA.
DESIGN FOR HEAD OR FOOT SECTION FOR BEDSTEADS.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 36,191, dated January 13, 1903. Application filed July 28, 1902- Serial N0.116,'743- Term of patent 7 years.
f0 all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that 1, CHARLES S. How, a citizen of the United States, residing at Harrisburg, in the county of Dauphin and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for Head or Foot Sections for Bedsteads, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, in which- D, located above the standards E, resting on the usual casters. Between the vertical portions of the tubing are vertical rods F, supported by a cross-rod G at their lower ends. As will be clearly seen from my drawings,
the large vertical portions B and O of the continuous tubing and the vertical rods F are all bent slightly outward at their upper ends.
The ornamental feature in my design consists in a head or foot section wherein the whole of the section, including the continuous tubing and the vertical rods F, is formed on an outward curve at the upper end, which makes a very attractive though simple form of ornamentation.
Having described my design, what I claim as new is The ornamental design for a head or foot section of a bedstead as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I hereby sign my name to this specification, in the presence oftwo subscribing witnesses, this 15th day of July, 1902.
CHARLES S. BOLL.
