(Application filed Apr. 28, 1901.)
WITNESSES: INVENTOR ATTORN EYS UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE.
CHRISTIAN WVILLIAM MEINECKE, OF JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY;
DESIGN FOR A WATER-RECEPTACLE.
SPECIFICATION forming part Of Design No. 34,622, dated June 4, 1901.
Application filed April 23, 1901. Serial No. 57,144. Term of patent 1 years.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, CHRISTIAN WILLIAn MEINEOKE, a citizen of the United States, residing at Jersey City, in the county of Endson and State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Water-Receptacle, of which the following is a specification.
My invention relates to a new and original design for water-receptacles,and is illustrated in the accompanying drawing, in which the figure is a perspective view.
The leading feature of my design resides in a water -receptacle having a neck and mouth projecting centrally from the upper edge thereof, said upper edge of the body of the receptacle describing ogee curves at opposite sides of the mouth and neck, such curves being first concave and then convex to form shoulders below which the body converges to the bottom, the edge thereof describing a continuous convex curve.
In the said drawing the reference-letter a indicatesthewater-receptacle,whichis formed with a neck Z) and mouth 0 projecting from its top edge. The top edge of the receptacle is formed with ogee curves at opposite sides of the neck and mouth, said curves being first concave, as at a, and then convex, as at o to provide convex shoulders. Below these shoulders the body of the receptacle converges to the bottom a, the edge of the body being in the form of a continuous convex curve a The design presents a water-receptacle having a novel, pleasing, and distinguished appearance.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim is The design for a water-receptacle, substantially as herein shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand in the presence of two subscribing witnesses CHRISTIAN WILLIAM llIEINEOKlI Witnesses:
