To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, DANIEL HOGAN, a citizen of the United States, residing in the borough of Manhattan, New York city, in the county and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Bed-Pan, of which the following is a specification.
This design consists in a bed-pan having a concave front edge, a backwardly-slopingportion under said edge, elevated or thigh-supporting portions, and a depressed spout portion.
The design is illustrated in the annexed drawings, in which-- Figure 1 is a perspective view of the pan embodying the design. Fig. 2 is a sectional side elevation of the pan. Fig. 3 is a plan view of the pan. Fig. 4 is a section along a: as, Fig. 3.
The concave front edge is shown at 1. Under this edge is the backWardly-sloping portion 2. The swelling or elevated thigh-supporting portions are shown at 3, and the spout 4 is open at the top and. is depressed or lies DANIEL HOGAN Witnesses:
