SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,134, dated August 28,1900. Application filed July 2,1900- Ssrlal No. 22,382. Term of patent 7 years.
"'0 all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HUBERT K. W001), a citizen of the United States, residing in Hartford, in the county of Hartford and State of Connecticut, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Food-Chopper Frames, of which the following is a specification, reference bein'g had to the accom pan ying drawings, in which- Figure 1 is a perspective View of a foodchopper frame, sh owing my new design. Fig. 2 is a side elevation of said frame; and Fig. 3 is a section taken on line a: a2, Fig. 2, looking downward.
As shown in the dawings, the leading or material features of my design consist of an outwardly-curved standard, (designated by the numeral 5,) said standard depending from the case or barrel 6 of the food-chopper frame and being 3, merging into a rounded rib 8 on the inner side, located at about the longitudinal axial line of the standard, and also into rounded edges 9 9 at the back, which give a graceful appearance to the structure. At its lower end provided with concavities 7 7, Fig.
the standard is provided with lateral projections or feet 10 10', having convex tops 10 and flat bottoms 10*, and the front of the standard has a depression with curved walls merging into the projections 10' on curved lines and also into the widened base 8' of the rib 8 between the seats 7 7 by easy curves. Below these feet or projections the standard is provided with a clamping portion having a straight inner wall 12 with a longitudinal rib 12 at the hack, and projecting from this clamping portion is an arm 13, having the usual threaded seat.
Connected to the circular barrel 6 is the usual hopper 14, and thisis of ovoid form and joins the barrel by easy curves.
Having described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
The design for a food-chopper frame, substantially as shown and described.
