DESIGN FOR A CRANK-ARM REPAIR-TIP.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 33,024, dated. July 31, 1900.
Application filed Julia 23, 1900. Serial No. 21,385. Term of patent 14 years.
To all whom, it may concern:
Be it known that we, ORAN LILJEGVEST and SAMUEL DURANT, citizens of the United States, residing at \Vausan, in the county of Marathon and State of Wisconsin, have produced a new and original Design for a Crank- Arni Repair-Tip; and we do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same.
Our invention relates to a. bicycle crank attachment; and it consists, essentially, of the design fora repair-tip for a broken crank-arm, substantially as shown in the accompanying drawings.
In the accompanying drawings, which illustrate our design, Figure 1 is a side View. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal section taken on the line 2 2 in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 is an end View; and Fig. 4 is also an end view, but looking at the opposite end of the device.
The essential characteristics of the design are the hollow or socket-like stem portion A, the flattened annular boss A, and the oblong recess A in the base of the hollow stem or socket-like stem portion A.
What we claim is The design for a crank-arm repair-tip substantially as herein shown and described.
