To all 107mm if Hwy concern.-
Be it known that I, CHARLES H. NICHOLS, a citizen of the United States, residing at Dansville, in the county of Livingston and State of New York, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Supporting- Brackets for Cultivators, of which the following is a specification.
The accompanying drawing is a perspective view of a supporting-bracket for cnltivators embodying my design.
The design consists of asupporting-bracket for Cultivators, such as shown in the accompanying drawing. The horizontal plate A is formed on its front end with a downwardlyprojecting flange B, arranged at right angles tothe plateA. At the lower end of the flange B there is ashort forwardly-projecting flange 0, having a curved front edge 0 and provided with a curved slot 0 between its front and rear ends. 011 the back end of the plate A there is a downwardly-projecting flange D, arranged at right angles to the plate A. On
the top of the plate, between its front and rear ends, there is a raised portion E, having an inclined edge or peripherye and a central perforation e. A rib e extends centrally along the top of the plate A from the projection E to the rear end of the plate, and a similar rib 6 extends from the projection E centrally along the plate A to near the front end of the plate A, where it joins curved ribs e, which extend to the opposite front corners of the plate A and then extend down along the edges of the flange B and then forwardly along the horizontal edges of the plate C.
The design for a supporting-bracket for Cultivators, substantially as shown and described.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name.
CHARLES II. NICHOLS.
