The leading feature of the design resides in acylindrical body provided at one end with a cap having a narrow rim portion and a pair of closely-arranged exterior annular beads at one edge, which project beyond the exterior surface of the cap, said cylindrical body being further provided at the end opposite the cap with a pair of closely-arranged annular beads projecting beyond its exterior surface and at the shoulder for the cap with a single raised exterior annular bead.
In the drawings, Figure 1 is a side view of a wooden box embodying the herein-described design. Fig. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof.
Referring to the drawings, the numeral 1 designates the cylindrical body of the box, having at one end a neck portion 2, at the base of which is formed the shoulder 3, against which fits the edge of the narrow rim portion 4 of the cap 5. The narrow rim portion 4 of the cap is in the same plane as the exterior surface of the body, and at one edge said cap is provided with a pair of closely-arranged exterior raised annular beads 6, corresponding to the pair of raised annular beads 7 at the opposite end of the body. The said body is further provided at the shoulder 3 for the cap with a single exterior annular bead 8, and all of said beads G, 7, and 8 project be yond the plane of the exterior surface of the cap.
