To all whom it may concern:

Beit known that we, EUSTACE CREES and CHARLES S. COURT, citizens of the United States, residing at Providence, in the State of Rhode Island, have invented and produced a new and original Design for a Handle for Button-Hooks or Similar Articles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part .thereof.

As shown in the drawings, the leading or material features of our design consist in the transverse circular beads a a at the inner end of the handle, the foliated scrolls b 1), extending from the bead a to near the outer end of the handle, with the outwardly-curved panels 0 and d between them, and beyond the inward foliations e e of the scr'olls b b is arranged the ribbed ornament f, and within the said foliations e e is arranged the leaf-like ornament g, having the bead h at its base, and at the center of the panel d is arranged the 674,543- Term of patent 3% years.
