DESIGN FOR A WATCHCASE.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,265, dated May 15, 1894.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, WALLACE DURAND, a citizen of the United States, residing at Newark, in the county of Essex and State of New Jersey, have invented and produced a new and original Design for 'Watehcases; and I do hereby declare the following to bea full, clear, and exact description of the invention, such as will enable others skilled in the art to which it appertains to make and use the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, and to lettersof reference marked thereon, which form a part of this specification.

Figure 1 is a face view of the watch case and Fig. 2 is an edge view of the same, these two views being deemed necessary to fully illustrate the design.

The leading feature of the design consists in the watch casewhich is round in plan, and convexly curved at the edges and at the centor is approximately flat, the said flat center presenting a bull-shaped decoration.

In said drawings, a, indicates the round face of the watch case, which is convexly curved at its edges and, at its center, is more or less flat as indicated in Fig. 2. The fiat center part is ornamented by a bull-shaped figure, b, and below the same, an ornament resembling the zodiaeal signs for Taurus.

What I claim as new is The design for a watch case, substantially as shown and described.
