SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 21,163, dated November 10, 1891.

ie it known that I, JOSHUA P. EATON, a citizen of the United States, residing at obin-n, conntyof Middlesex, State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced anew and original Design for (h'imping-I ornis, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a sectional view of the crimping-form embodying this invention; Fig. 2, a eross-section 0f the same, taken on the dotted line :10 m; Fig. 3, a cross'section of the same, taken on the dotted line 'y y; and Fig. 4,arear end View of the crimping-form shown in Fig.1.
The general contour of the crimping-form as represented in Fig. 1 eomprehends a toe, instep, shank, heel, and top portion.
The form ischainfered on each side from the lines 1 2 in a direction toward the rear or heel edge 4 and also from the lines 1 3 in a dime tion toward the front edge 5, leaving a thick ened and substantially flat portion 6, said portion having parallel flat sides, as bestseen in Fig. 3. The heel-edge 1 and the front edge 5 are sharpened or tapered.
I claim The design for a crimping form herein shown and described, the same comprising a block having its general contour such as to comprehend a toe, instep, shank, heel, and top portion and having a substantially thick portion 6, with parallel flat sides and a sharpened front and rear edge 5 4, the block tapering thereto from said thick portion, as set forth.
