To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, AUSTIN F. JACKSON, residing at Taunton, in the county of Bristol and State of Massachusetts, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Handles of Spoons, Forks, and Similar Articles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming'part thereof, and in which the figure is a face view of a spoon the handle of which is designed according to my invention.

For this design I have devised and adopted figures and symbols commemorative 6 nd remindful of the early history of the city of Chicago, and the leading feature of such design consists in the representation of log cabins situated near a stream.
