`Be it known that ive-DAVID B. MosIIER and CHARLES OfMosnnn, of' Seneca Falls, in the county ot' Seneca,v
and State of New York, halve invented a. new and useful Improvement in Window-Blind Operators; and We do hereby declare that the following is a. full, clear, and exact description of the construction and operation ofthe same, reference being had to the annexed drawings, making a p nrt of this specification, in which- Figure 1 is a. perspective view ofthe window-frame and blind, with the fixtures attached.

The combination of the shaft and gear B, gear, with arm attached, C, box or frame D, link E, dog F, rose G, knob or handle H, when made substantially as specied, and applied as herein set forth.
