  • the oven door 220 having a certain degree of thickness has a square plank type, and a perspective window 222 is formed in center of the oven door 220 to check cooking condition or operating condition of the food accommodated in the interior space of the cavity 210 without rotating the oven door 220 by the user.
  • the cavity 210 disposed at the interior space of the oven portion 200 in which top surface thereof has curvature and its center has shape to be round upward, is provided as cooking space of the food, and the number of first heat source 230 is disposed at the top of the cavity 210 to heat the interior space of the oven portion 200 .
  • a door handle 224 easily rotating the oven door 220 is disposed at front of the oven door 220 when the user rotates the oven door 220 . It is possible to form the door handle 224 to be protruded forward from front of the oven door 220 and to form the door handle 224 to be depressed backward to allow the user to grasp.
  • some type of the door handle 224 to allow the user to easily grasp when rotating the oven door 220 by the user will be fine, and since the cavity 210 perform function providing the space cooking the food in the interior space thereof, if the type of the cavity 210 may perform such a function, some type of the cavity will be fine.
  • the drawer portion 300 in which the top surface thereof is opened rectangular, includes a heat source disposed in the bottom thereof or the bottom side the interior space and heating the interior space of the drawer portion 300 , it is also possible that the heat source is disposed in majority and in a various type.
  • the drawer portion 300 is mounted to be sled back and forth to forward slide if necessary by the user and then, accommodates and keeps the food or the bowl of the food or cooks the food.
  • the drawer handle 310 disposed in the front of the drawer portion 300 and for grasping to allow the user to slide the drawer portion 300 is disposed.
  • the oven portion 200 is formed by a heat storage member 226 storing heat to be applied to an outer wall.
  • the heat storage member 226 is made of material of stone and the like and slowly radiates heat to be heated by the number of heat source disposed in the outside of the cavity 210 in the condition accumulated at a certain degree in the inside of the heat storage member 226 .
  • the cavity 210 seen forward has curvature to be rounded at the center of the top surface thereof, and a number of first heat source 230 heating the interior space of the cavity along with the top of the cavity 210 is disposed in the top of the cavity 210 having curvature to be rounded upward.
  • a surface burning burner generating flame while burning on the surface is used as the first heat source 230 .
  • a ceramic burner is mainly used as the face burning burner, and it is also possible to use a different type of heat source. However, since location of the first heat source 230 is mounted in the top surface of the cavity 210 , it is preferable to mount the face burning burner.
  • the first heat source 230 is mounted along with the top surface having curvature of the cavity 210 and therefore a contact portion between the first heat source 230 and the cavity 210 is formed to have the curvature corresponding to the top of the cavity 210 .
  • the burning portion of the first heat source 230 has not a certain degree of the curvature, composes a additional structure, that is, a fastening member, and may be formed to be closed with the top surface of the cavity 210 while fastening the fastening member having curvature corresponding to the top of the cavity 210 to the top of the cavity 210 or edge portion for burning portion of the first heat source 230 .
  • first heat source 230 and the top surface of the cavity 210 to be closed is to heat the interior space of the cavity 210 without leaking burning heat generating while burning gas in the first heat source 230 to the outside.
  • FIG. 4 schematically shows configuration for a gas supply portion of the cooking appliance according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
  • the gas supply portion 240 supplying mixture gas to the first heat source 230 is disposed at the back of the first heat source 230 .
  • the gas supply portion 240 includes the gas mixture tube 241 generating mixture gas while simultaneously introducing gas and outer air.
  • the front edge portion of the gas mixture tube 241 is disposed to be communicated with a main mixture tube 242 at length disposed in the direction to be crossed with the gas mixture tube 241 and having circular pipe type with a certain degree of diameter.
  • the main mixture tube 242 supplies the mixture gas mixed with gas and air while passing through the gas mixture tube 241 to each of the first heat source 230 .
  • the main mixture tube 242 is a circular pipe type to be lengthen horizontally and constantly partial mixed mixture in the gas mixture tube 241 is circulated in the interior space of the main mixture tube 242 .
  • the mixture gas guide tube 243 to allow the first heat source 230 and the main mixture tube 242 to communicate is positioned at the front of the main mixture tube 242 .
  • the mixture gas guide tube 243 in which one end thereof is communicated with the main mixture tube 242 and the other end is communicated with the first heat source 230 , guides the mixture gas to be moved to the first heat source 230 .
  • the gas and the air introduced into the gas mixture tube 241 is mixed at a certain degree while passing through the gas mixture tube 241 to form the mixture gas, and the mixture gas passing through the gas mixture tube 241 is more mixed while moving to the main mixture tube 242 to be communicated with the interior space of the gas mixture tube 241 .
  • the mixture gas moved to the main mixture tube 242 is more mixed while moving to the mixture gas guide tube 243 , the mixture passing through the mixture gas guide tube 243 ignites each of the first heat source 230 while circulating into the interior space of the first heat source 230 . Then, the mixture gas is burned to heat the interior space of the cavity 210 .
  • the first heat source 230 is back and forth at length mounted in the top surface of the cavity 210 to heat the interior space of the cavity 210 .
  • One of the first heat sources 230 is positioned at the center of the top positioned at upper end portion of the cavity 210 and each different first heat source 230 is positioned at both side.
  • the first heat source 230 is positioned to be farthest spaced from the bottom of the cavity 210 than the first heat sources 230 positioned respectively at both sides.
  • the first heat sources 230 is mounted so that the portion to be burned while igniting gas faces the interior space of the cavity 210 and the interior space of the cavity 210 is heated by the burning heat.
  • a second heat source 250 is disposed at the bottom of the cavity 210 to heat into the interior space of the cavity 210
  • a separation plate 260 is disposed at the interior space of the cavity 210 to spatially partition the cavity 210 into top space and bottom space.
  • each discharge port 270 is formed in the back side of the top space and the bottom space partitioned by the separation plate 260 to move discharge gas to be generated when cooking the food in the interior space of the cavity 210 to the exterior space of the cavity 210 .
  • the discharge port 270 is formed to communicate with a main discharge duct 280 positioned at the back of the cavity 210 .
  • the main discharge duct 280 discharges the discharge gas to be generated at the cooktop portion 100 , the oven portion 200 and the drawer portion 300 into the exterior space.
  • the discharge gas is guided by the main discharge duct 280 to be discharged into the exterior space by communicating the main discharge duct 280 and the discharge port 270 with each other.
  • each distance between the first heat source 230 positioned at the top surface center of the cavity 210 and the first heat source 230 positioned at the both sides have the same distance, and the first heat sources 230 are positioned side by side horizontally when viewed from the front.
  • the front cross sections of the top space have shapes different from each other.
  • the top surface of the cavity 210 having the curvature is formed to be rounded. Therefore, the top space formed by the separation plate 260 is formed by the front cross section in which the top thereof is rounded and the bottom space is formed by the front cross section of the rectangle.
  • the top surface of the cavity 210 having the curvature is formed to be rounded, and therefore, when extending heating direction of each of the first source 230 mounted along with the top with imaginary extension lines, each of extension lines is crossed each other at any branch.
  • the heating directions of the first heat source 230 mounted in the top surface center of the cavity 210 face directly under the direction regardless of the curvature of the top of the cavity 210 , and the heating directions of the first heat source 230 mounted in the top left part when viewed in the drawing face downward toward the right direction.
  • the heating directions of the first heat source 230 mounted in the top surface right part of the cavity 210 when viewed in the drawing face downward toward the left direction.
  • the extension lines cross each other at any branch.
  • the food placed in the center of the interior space of the cavity 210 is concentratedly heated, thereby reducing cooking time by concentrated heating.
  • the operation portion 150 disposed in the controller 140 is operated to supply the gas to the first heat source 230 mounted in the top surface of the cavity 210 and then, the oven portion 200 is ignited. At this time, if the user supplies the gas to the first heat source 230 , the gas is introduced into the gas mixture tube 241 . The introduced gas and air is mixed at a certain degree to form the mixture gas while passing through the gas mixture tube 241 .
  • the mixture gas passing through the gas mixture tube 241 is moved into the main mixture tube 242 , and the mixture gas moved into the main mixture tube 242 is guided by the mixture gas guide tube 243 , is introduced into the first heat source 230 , and is burned.
  • the first heat source 230 generates the burning heat and radiant heat by the first heat source 230 , and the interior space of the cavity 210 is heated by the burning heat and radiant heat to cook the food.
  • the first heat source 230 is mounted along with the top surface of the cavity 210 having the curvature in which the center thereof is rounded upward, and therefore, the burning heat and the radiant heat face toward the center of the interior space of the cavity 210 . So, more heat is transferred to the center of the interior space of the cavity 210 to reduce the cooking time of the food placed in the center of the interior space of the cavity 210 .
  • the food placed in the center of the cavity may be concentratedly heated, thereby reducing cooking time of the food.
  • the top surface of the cavity is formed by the shape having the curvature, and therefore, there is an effect that the interior space of the cavity is wide. There is an effect that high-capacity food cooking is to be able due to widening of the interior space.
