- Example 2 0.117 g (0.60 mmol) (R)-3-benzyloxy-2-tert.-butoxycarbonylamino-propionic acid are reacted analogously to Example 2 (a) with 0.116 g (0.66 mmol) 3-methyl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1H-benzo[d]azepin-7-ylamine, TBTU, DIPEA in THF. - the polyethyleneglycol is melted together with polyethylenesorbitan monostearate. At 40° C. the ground active substance is homogeneously dispersed in the melt. It is cooled to 38° C. and poured into slightly chilled suppository moulds.
