  • the present invention relates to tube frame fixing structures, and particularly to a tube frame fixing structure which are fixed to two cambered plates in the tube frame. Studs pass through the holes of the tube frames and cambered plates so as to fix the structure.
  • a prior art tube frame fixing structure is formed by an inner tube 5 and an outer tube 6 which are arranged by one inserts into another. Then a stud 7 is used to lock the two. Thereby, the appearance is not good since a staged region S is formed.
  • a tube frame fixing structure comprises two cambered plates and tube frames.
  • Each cambered plate has positioning holes without threads or a plurality of round grooves having threads on an inner wall thereof.
  • Each tube frame has a plurality of through holes. The through holes of the tube frames, positioning holes and round grooves of the first and second cambered plate are aligned.
  • a plurality of studs having threads are used to lock the two cambered plates and two tube frames. At first, each stud enters into one through hole of the tube frame. Then, the stud enters into the round groove of one selected cambered plate of the two cambered plates to reach the positioning hole of the other cambered plate to resist against one wall of the tube frame.
  • the stud moves forwards continuously so that the selected cambered plate will resist against the wall of the tube frame due to the interaction of the threads of the stud and round grooves of the selected cambered plate.
  • the first and second cambered plates are positioned in the tube frames.

  • the tube frame fixing structure of the present invention includes an upper cambered plate 2 and a lower cambered plate 2 A.
  • the upper cambered plate 2 has positioning holes 22 and the lower cambered plate 2 A has round grooves 21 .
  • the upper cambered plate 2 and the lower cambered plate 2 A are fixed by a tube frame 1 and a tube frame 1 A by using studs 3 .
  • the tube frames 1 and 1 A have through holes 11 for being locked by studs 3 .
  • the tube frames 1 and 1 A are at two ends of the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A.
  • the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A are long strips.
  • the positioning holes 22 of the upper cambered plate 2 , the round grooves 21 of the lower cambered plate 2 A and the through holes 11 of the tube frames 1 and 1 A are aligned. Studs 3 are locked into the through holes 11 .
  • a lower thread portions of the studs 3 are locked into the round grooves 21 of the lower cambered plate 2 A and the protrusions 31 of the studs 3 are positioned in the positioning holes 22 of the upper cambered plate 2 so as to press the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A to resist against the tube frames 1 and 1 A.
  • the studs 3 are positioned to the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A.
  • the outer side of the through holes 11 have seals 4 for shielding the through holes 11 to present a beautiful outlook.
  • the stud 3 passes through the through hole 11 of the tube frame to the round groove 21 of the lower cambered plate 2 A. Then the stud 3 moves upwards to touch the upper cambered plate 2 so that the upper cambered plate 2 is pressed to resist against an upper end of the tube frames 1 and 1 A. Then, the stud 3 moves upwards continuously so that the threaded surface 211 will screw through the thread of the round groove 21 of the lower cambered plate 2 A to press the lower cambered plate 2 A to resist against a lower end of the tube frames 1 and 1 A.
  • the tube frames 1 and 1 A around the outer peripheries of the two upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A are positioned.
  • FIG. 7 another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
  • Each of the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A are arranged with plurality of round grooves 21 and a plurality of positioning holes 22 .
  • the round grooves 21 and positioning holes 22 are arranged alternatively. Studs 3 pass through the round grooves 21 from the upper cambered plate 2 of the lower cambered plate 2 A so as to press the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A to resists against the tube frames 1 and 1 A. Thereby, the upper cambered plate 2 and lower cambered plate 2 A are positioned.
