rl`his invention relates to garters or hoser structure of the hose-connecting members,

and another object isfto provide a structure which will be comfortable in use.

With saidA objects in View, the invention consists in the construction and combination of parts substantially as I hereinafter described and claimed.

Of the accompanying drawings ligy rel is an elevation of a complete garter constructed according to my invention.

Figures 3 and 4 are views similar to a p0rtion of Figure 1, but illustrating the connecting members in differenty relative positions which they occupy during manipulation.
