Abstract

Способ получения сажи, который состоит в том, что от пламени путем теплопроводности и/или теплового излучения отводят тепло, образовывают тонкий газовый пограничный слой, ускоряют, соответственно, удлиняют образованный пламенем и пограничным слоем поток, отводят аэрозоль, который образовался, и очищают охлаждающую поверхность, и устройство для осуществления этого способа. Сажа, в которой значение рН меньше или равно 6,0, остаток после прокаливания меньше или равен 0,1 %, а массовая доля остатка после просеивания через сито с сеткой с размером каморок 5 мкм меньше или равна 200 част./млн., и применение сажи как наполнителя или пигмента.
