Abstract
Предметом изобретения является способ укупорки сваркой трением отверстия (2) в металлической детали (1), которое выходит на лицевую поверхность (1') и обратную поверхность (1") детали (1), в котором металлическому прутку (3) придают вращательное движение и вводят в отверстие (2) с лицевой стороны, чтобы выполнить сварку трением. Способ отличается тем, что во время сварки трением с обратной стороны детали (1) размещают опорную деталь (5), которая имеет полость (6). Способ позволяет выполнить сварку материалов, которые быстро размягчаются, обеспечивая фиксацию сварочной смеси.
