Abstract

Способ позволяет определить механические характеристики металлического материала относительно материала, из которого изготовлена часть, которую необходимо обновить, и подтвердить оборудование для восстановления отмеченной части путем наплавки указанным металлическим материалом. По этому способу проводят выполнение углубления механической обработкой в плитке из указанного металла, наплавляют (54) углубление с помощью указанного оборудования, вырезают опытный образец (56) из указанной плитки таким образом, чтобы он имел центральную зону, которая состоит только из наплавленного металла, и проводят испытание опытного образца на усталость под действием осевой вибрации.
