Предметом изобретения является способ изготовления поверхностно модифицированных неорганических наполнителей или пигментов с желаемыми размерами частиц, который характеризуется тем, что суспензии неорганических наполнителей или пигментов измельчают до желаемых размеров частиц с приложением усилий сжатия и смещения с использованием полимерных дисперсий, причем, кроме того, наполнители и/или пигменты вводят в контакт с известными интенсификаторами измельчения и\или диспергаторами (активное вещество) в количестве от 0,1 до 2,0 масс. % относительно количества наполнителей или пигментов; полученных таким способом наполнителей и пигментов, а также их применения для изготовления дисперсионных красок, клеев, мелованных �
