The cleaner is made as a driving hollow ball arranged as an inclined one made by transversal rods arranged with gaps the upper loading part of which is disposed on a frame by means of a rotary bracket the end of which is kinematically connected to the mechanism of oscillating movements, the lower unloading part is connected to the frame by means of two springs arranged as inclined ones, and the activator disposed inside has on a drive console shaft two rows of upper short rods and lower long ones fixed radially. The radial gaps between the rods of the lower row are lesser than similar gaps between beams of the upper row.
