A device for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots comprises a feed conveyer, a hollow cleaner made by round longitudinal rods fixed with gaps to each other, which is fixed on a drive shaft, an unloading conveyer. The cleaner is made as a hollow cone, inside of which a distributor is arranged. It comprises two bushings arranged at different heights, on which blades are arranged by three ones, with equal spacing around a circle, which are made as cantilever springs, the longitudinal axes of which are perpendicular to the axis of the drive shaft of the distributor. In doing so springs of the upper bushing have lesser lengths than springs of the lower bushing, the upper bushing is connected to the shaft by means of a mechanism of changing and fixing position thereof.
