Abstract

A device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magneto-elastic transducer with open magnetic conductor, excitation winding on the magnetic conductor, direct current power source, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field connected to the input of the measuring and signaling block, smoothing filter connected with the output to excitation winding, time relay with contact group and two controlled circuits, measuring and signaling block connected with the input to the pair of contacts of the contact group of time relay, two additional magnetic conductors with winding, at that the additional magnetic conductors are placed at both sides of the main magnetic conductor and are attached to the last one through gap separators, and the windings of the additional magnetic conductors are connected oppositely with respect to the excitation winding of the main magnetic conductor. At the opposite side of ferromagnetic construction at one axis with the center of the main magnetic conductor a single-gap flux-sensitive reproduction head is placed, this is connected to the additional input of the measuring and signaling unit. The device is provided with magnetization current source connected with the output to the additional magnetization windings, and with the input – to the additional contact group of time relay.
