Abstract

A device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magneto-elastic sensor with magnetic record head with excitation windings, direct current power supply source, open magnetic conductor of the magnetic record head, each of pole tips of that one is provided with an additional winding and is arranged with through openings, there two additional excitation windings in each are placed, at that the additional windings are connected to the input of the measuring and signaling block, besides that it includes a smoothing filter, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling block connected to pair of contacts of contact group of time relay, an additional magnetic record head is placed, with excitation windings, symmetrically at the other side of ferromagnetic construction, each of pole tips of open magnetic conductor of that one is provided with an additional winding and is arranged with through openings, there two additional excitation windings in each are placed, at that those excitation windings are connected to smoothing filter, and additional windings – to the input of measuring and signaling block. Additionally device is provided with single-slot flux-sensitive reproduction heads placed in the inter-pole space of open magnetic conductors of magnetic record heads and connected to the input of the measuring and signaling block.
