Abstract

Device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magnetoelastic indicator with opened magnetic conductor, excitation winding on magnetic conductor, direct current power supply source, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field connected to the input of measurement and signaling block, smoothing filter connected with input to excitation winding, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measurement and signaling block connected with input to pair of contacts of contact group of time relay, two additional magnetic conductors with winding that are placed at both sides of the main magnetic conductor and attached to the last one through non-magnetic pads. The windings of the additional magnetic conductors are connected in opposite direction with respect to the excitation winding of the main magnetic conductor. At the opposite side of the ferromagnetic construction at same axes with the centers of pole tips of the main magnetic conductors two-slot flux-sensitive reproduction heads are placed, input windings of those are connected in series oppositely and connected to the additional input of the signaling and measuring block.
