Abstract

A device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions comprises a magneto-elastic sensor with open magnetic conductor, excitation winding on magnetic conductor, direct current power supply source, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field, smoothing filter, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling block, two additional magnetic conductors with winding. At that additional magnetic conductors are placed at both sides of the main magnetic conductor and attached to the last one through non-magnetic pads, and the windings of additional magnetic conductors are opposite with respect to the excitation winding of the main magnetic conductor. Additionally it comprises source of alternating decaying current connected with the output to windings of magnetic bias, and with the input – to additional contact group of time relay.
