Abstract
A device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes magneto-elastic sensor with magnetic writing head, writing windings, direct current power supply source, smoothening filter, time relay with contact group and two control chains, measuring and signaling block. As flux-sensitive converter of magnetic field open magnetic conductor of magnetic writing head is used, each of pole tips of that one is provided with signal winding and is arranged with through openings, there two excitation windings in each are placed. Additionally source of alternating decaying current is included, this is connected with output to magnetization windings, and with the input – to additional contact group of time relay, this increases accuracy of the device.
