Abstract

Device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes magneto-elastic indicator with open magnetic conductor, excitation windings, direct current power supply source, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field, smoothing filter connected with output to excitation windings, time relay with contact group and two control chains, block of measurement and signaling connected to pair of contacts of contact group of time relay, as magnetoelastic indicator magnetic record head is used, and as flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field – one-slot and two two-slot flux-sensitive reproducing heads, additional one-slot flux-sensitive reproducing head placed in inter-pole space of magnetic writing head. Reproducing heads are connected to input of block of measurement and signaling, and winding of additional one-slot flux-sensitive reproducing head is connected to winding of main one-slot flux-sensitive reproducing head in series – matched. Open magnetic conductor of magnetic writing head is connected to the body with elastic elements.
