Abstract

A device for the determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions comprises a magneto-elastic transducer with open magnetic conductor, excitation winding on magnetic conductor, direct current power supply source, flux-sensitive transducer of magnetic field connected to the input of the measuring and signaling unit, smoothening filter connected to the output to excitation winding, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling unit connected with the input to the pair of contacts of the contact group of the time relay, two additional magnetic conductors with winding. The additional magnetic conductors are placed at both sides of the main magnetic conductor and attached to the last one through non-magnetic substrates, and the windings of the additional magnetic conductors are connected oppositely relative to the excitation winding of the main magnetic conductor. At the opposite side of the ferromagnetic construction at one axis with the center of the main magnetic conductor a single-gap flux-sensitive reproducing head is placed, this is connected to the additional input of the measuring and signaling unit. The biasing current source is connected with the output to the additional magnetizing windings, and with the input – to the additional contact group of the time relay.
