Abstract

A device for the determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magnetic head, excitation winding, direct current power supply source, flux-sensitive transducer of magnetic field, smoothening filter, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling unit connected to the pair of contacts of the contact group of time relay. The magnetic writing head is arranged as a shell-type magnetic core in cylindrical form, and a double-gap flux-sensitive reproducing head is used as a flux-sensitive transducer of magnetic field, this is connected to the input of the measuring and signaling unit. The pole tip of the magnetic core is provided with a signal winding and is arranged with a through opening where two additional excitation windings are placed, those are connected to the additional input of the measuring and signaling unit. A source of alternating decaying current is placed, this is connected to the excitation winding and to the time relay with additional contact group and the third control circuit.
