Abstract

A device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes a magnetoelastic transducer with open magnetic conductor, excitation windings, direst current power supply source, flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field, smoothing filter connected with the output to excitation windings, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, measuring and signaling block connected to the pair of contacts of time relay contact group, at that as magnetoelastic transducer a magnetic record head is used, and as flux-sensitive transformer of magnetic field – a single-slot and two two-slot flux-sensitive reproduction heads, besides that it includes an additional single-slot flux-sensitive reproduction head placed in inter-pole space of magnetic record head, at that those reproduction heads are connected to the input of the measuring and signaling block, and the winding of the additional single slot flux sensitive reproduction head is connected to the winding of the main single-slot flux-sensitive reproduction head in series-matched, open magnetic conductor of the magnetic record head is fixed to the body with elastic elements. Additional one-slot flux-sensitive reproduction heads are placed, those are displaced with respect to the two-slot flux-sensitive reproduction heads by distance equal to half-width of the pole of record magnetic head, at that windings of those are connected to the main single-slot flux-sensitive reproduction head in series opposition.
