Abstract

Device for determination of mechanical stresses in ferromagnetic constructions includes magneto-elastic indicator with magnetic record head with excitation windings, power supply source of direct current, open magnetic conductor of magnetic registration head each of pole tips of which is provided with additional winding and is arranged with through openings, there two additional excitation windings are placed in each, those are connected to inputs of block for measurement and signaling, smoothing filter, time relay with contact group and two control circuits, block for measurement and signaling connected to pair of contact of contact group of time relay, additional magnetic record head with excitation windings symmetrically at the other side of ferromagnetic construction. Each of pole tips of open magnetic conductor is provided with additional winding and is arranged with through openings where two additional excitation windings are placed, those are connected to smoothing filter, and additional windings – to input of block for measurement and signaling.
