Abstract

Изобретение относится к лиофилизованному фармацевтическому препарату, содержащему антитела Cetuximab или Matuzumab против рецептора эндотелиального фактора роста (рецептора EGF), а также сахар, аминокислоту и полисорбат как вспомогательные агенты. Препарат имеет повышенную стабильность при хранении, даже при повышенных температурах, и после растворения может применяться парентерально в качестве противоопухолевого средства.
