Abstract
Способ и установка непрерывной разливки с непосредственным обжатием металлической, в частности, стальной заготовки (1) любого формата (1d), действуют таким образом, что заготовка (1) охлаждается жидким охладителем (4) только на отрезках длины (6), где заготовка (1) внутри является жидкой, а дальше заготовка (1) в области (7) перехода перед, в и/или после узла (8) изгиба и правки выравнивается по температуре, с помощью изоляции внешней поверхности (1b), в основном без жидкого охладителя (4), через тепловыделение по зонам, и что заготовка (1) обжимается на участке (9) обжатия, который динамически изменяется, с учетом прочности на сжатие, измеренной возле отдельных обжимных роликов (10) или возле роликовых сегментов (11), в зависимости от нажимного усилия, которое применяется локально.
