Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к применению 11-(4-ацетилфенил) -17-гидрокси-17-(1,1,2,2,2-пентафторэтил)эстра-4,9-диен-3-она либо его фармацевтически приемлемого производного, либо аналога для приготовления лекарственного средства, предназначенного для лечения рака молочной железы, рака яичника, рака эндометрия, миеломы и менингиомы, когда значительно повышено содержание опухолевых клеток в S-фазе клеточного цикла. Терапевтическое действие заключается в индукции апоптоза клеток в результате применения указанного антипрогестина в суточной дозе 0,1-400 мг.
