Abstract
Заявлена технологическая установка для формирования стеклотары и способ запуска в работу технологической установки для формирования стеклотары. Технологическая установка (10) для формирования стеклотары имеет машину (20) с отдельными секциями для приема капель расплавленного стекла и преобразования капель в стеклотару. Устройство подачи капель (12, 14, 16) выдает капли расплавленного стекла, и распределитель капель (18) последовательно подает капли в отдельные секции машины. Работа машинных секций синхронизируется с работой устройства подачи капель путем создания средством (40) индексного сигнала подающего устройства, который соответствует выдаче капли стекла. Электронное средство (42) такта машины имеет средства создания электронного индексного сигнала машины для синхронизации работы машинных секций относительно друг друга. Сначала определяют и сохраняют разность в реальном времени между индексным сигналом подающего устройства и индексным сигналом машины во время работы установки. После запуска машины это сохраненное время вызывают из памяти и осуществляют автоматическое регулирование времени индексного сигнала машины относительно времени индексного сигнала подающего устройства для получения разности, которая равняется сохраненному времени.
