Abstract

Заливальний пристрій відцентрової ливарної машини включає основу, заливний жолоб з приймальним лотком, шарнірну опору та піднімальний механізм, встановлений на основі. З метою економії металу, що заливають, та підвищення якості виливок шляхом регулювання нахилу заливного жолоба під час заливання металу у виливницю відцентрової машини її основу забезпечено консоллю, на вільному кінці якої встановлена додаткова шарнірна опора, що закріплена на зливному кінці зливного жолоба, а піднімальний механізм зв’язаний з заливальним жолобом через шарнірну опору.
