Це цінна якість при лікуванні хвороб, що викликаються естрогеном, наприклад, раку молочної залози. Мета винаходу - одержаннясполук у ряді імідазолів, що володіють вищезгаданою активністю. Поставлена мета досягається тим, що 4/5/-імідазолальдегід піддають взаємодії з реактивом Гріньяра.
