Abstract

The compounds of the invention are inhibitors of aromatase and desmolase. Among them there are compounds characterizing by high selective action in relation to the enzymes. It is a valuable property in the cure of diseases caused by estrogens, for example breast cancer. The purpose of the invention is the preparationg of imidazole compounds having said activity. The purpose is achieved by interaction of 4/5/-imidazole-aldehyde with the Grignard reagent.
