Abstract
Description
A useful model is an insulating block made of foamed material for use as an element for the construction of insulating systems for walls and ceilings of buildings.
In the Polish patent application R.283124, a block of formwork is disclosed, which has two side walls with protrusions and notches at the ends. They are connected by transverse walls in such a way that one of them is at the place where the side walls have notches. Thus, two chambers are formed in one block: one is closed, and the other is open. In their upper parts, the transverse walls have at least one cutout, formed as close as possible to the upper edge of the side walls, for placement of horizontal reinforcement. The construction of the walls made of the blocks described in this application consists in inserting, in each layer, the tabs of one block into the recesses of another block.
In addition, in the utility model application of Poland RI 59898U1, a building block in the form of one horizontal wall-like layer is disclosed, which contains three square holes, offset relative to each other by a constant module, which is one third of the length of these blocks. The holes are located in such a way that in each successive horizontal layer of the wall they coincide with each other vertically, forming columnar holes, which are used to place vertical reinforcement in them and to fill them with concrete.
In addition, the description of the Polish patent RI 16703981 discloses a modular wall element made of gypsum materials for the dry construction of all external walls, while the specified element has a central cylindrical opening between the front walls at half the width and two semi-cylindrical openings passing into the side walls The side walls have a semi-cylindrical recess and a semi-cylindrical protrusion, which are placed vertically and symmetrically on the tapes, and are also located alternately relative to each other. Around the cylindrical central opening and semi-cylindrical openings in the upper part of the element there is a projection and half projections in the form of two truncated pyramids with rounded side edges, and in the lower part of the element there is a cutout and two half-cuts with dimensions corresponding to the dimensions of the projection and two half projections.
Polish patent RI 17242681 discloses a set of stone blocks, some of which have concave channel cutouts on their front walls, while others have convex walls designed to connect to these channel cutouts. In addition, the central separator of the fully modular block has a recess or hole for inserting a connector designed to connect adjacent blocks.
Known from the state of the art, technologies and methods of constructing insulating layers of walls made of blocks include methods of connecting elements "by contact" without using mortar, as well as connecting blocks and bricks using cement-lime mortar or by forming boxes, so-called formwork forms: metal, wooden or made of blocks of concrete, plaster or other materials, forming a permanent formwork, and then pouring with concrete, filling reinforced with concrete or foamed plaster.
However, no solution has been disclosed for a connection system for insulating elements, including, in particular, blocks made of foamed materials for the construction of insulating systems for walls and ceilings of buildings, which would easily and effectively prevent the accumulation of rainwater or condensation water in the cavities on the upper surfaces of the blocks. In the process of assembling the insulating layer during rain, it often happens that, regardless of the use of shields, rainwater and/or condensation water accumulates in the cavities on the upper surface of the blocks, including in the recesses that form part of the block connection system. Undoubtedly, the presence of water is undesirable in view of the possible freezing at negative temperatures (which can lead to the occurrence of leaks from the protrusion-recess connections between the blocks), as well as in view of the possible growth of the number of microorganisms (in particular, fungi) in a moist environment. Moreover, in order to maintain the conformity of the dimensions of the insulation system to the given building structure, all connections of the hollow blocks must be assembled "by contact", that is, without leaving gaps. In case of accumulation of water in the recesses on the upper surface of the blocks, due to the low compressibility of water, the lower surfaces of the next layer of blocks installed on top cannot be completely connected with the upper surfaces of the blocks that are already assembled. In practice, the differences resulting from the sum of the thickness of the water layers on each successive layer of blocks reached even up to 20 cm.
The useful model is based on the task of ensuring effective and, at the same time, easy removal of water from the cavities in the upper surfaces of the insulating blocks, which was achieved in the block.
The problem is solved by the fact that the insulating block is made of foamed material containing a number of protrusions (3) on its lower surface (1) and has a corresponding number of notches (4) on its opposite upper surface (2). Drainage channels (5) are made on the upper surface (2) of the block.
Moreover, one drainage channel (5) passes along the bottom (6) of each notch (4), and the outlet of each drainage channel (5) is located on the edge of the upper surface (2) of the block.
The isolation block differs in that the drainage channels (5) are located parallel to each other.
(4).The insulating unit differs in that the drainage channels (5) run horizontally, and the bottoms (7) of the drainage channels (5) are in the same plane as the bottoms (6) of the grooves (4).
The insulating block differs in that the bottoms (7) of the drainage channels (5) are inclined relative to the plane defined by the upper surface (2) of the block.
The isolation block is distinguished by the fact that the bottoms (7) of all drainage channels (5) are equally inclined in the same direction.
1,595.The insulating block differs in that the slope of the bottom (7) of the drainage channels (5) relative to the plane defined by the upper surface (2) of the block is from 0.595 to 595, preferably 1.595.
The insulating block is distinguished by the fact that each recess (4), when viewed from above, has the outline of a regular polygon or circle, preferably a rectangle, and, in particular, a square.
The insulating block is distinguished by the fact that it is a cuboid or a block consisting of several cuboids connected by side walls.
Due to the presence of drainage channels, the isolation blocks, according to the useful model, provide the possibility of draining water from the grooves. In the case of channels running horizontally, the bottoms of which are in the same plane as the 3 bottoms of the grooves, water drainage occurs when the protrusions of another block installed on top are inserted into the grooves. Under pressure, the water flows out through the drainage channels. On the other hand, in the case of channels whose bottoms are inclined with respect to the plane defined by the upper surface of the block, the drainage of water from the grooves is due to the force of gravity, and any remaining water is removed as a result of the above-described assembly of another block on top.
Thanks to the massive system of corresponding clamps formed by the protrusion-notch connections on the upper and lower surfaces of the blocks, the insulating blocks, according to the utility model, provide the possibility of constructing the insulation of walls and ceilings of buildings with a significant reduction or even complete elimination of height differences in the assembled system, which is the result of water accumulation in
From recesses on the upper surfaces of successive layers of blocks. The insulation blocks, according to a useful model, are assembled in such a way that the outlet openings of the drainage channels are directed outside the block and, for reasons of appearance, are directed towards the interior space of the building under construction. As a result, rain water or condensation water can be easily and effectively diverted from the upper surfaces of the insulation blocks before or at the latest during the assembly of the insulation systems.
