Abstract

Заявленное многослойное формуемое изделие содержит лигноцеллюлозу, и имеет A) один средний слой или несколько средних слоев, содержащий/содержащие частицы, содержащие лигноцеллюлозу, полученный/полученные с применением связующего средства (а), выбранного из группы, включающей (а1) формальдегидные смолы и (а2) органический изоцианат, который содержит, по крайней мере, две изоцианатные группы; и B) один покровный слой или несколько покровных слоев содержащий/содержащие частицы, содержащие лигноцеллюлозу, полученный/полученные с применением связующего средства (b). В качестве связующего средства (b) оно содержит водный компонент (I), содержащий (i) полимер А, образованный из a) 70 мас. %, по крайней мере, одной этиленоненасыщенной моно- и/или дикарбоновой кислоты (мономер(ы) А1) и b) 30 мас. %, по крайней мере, одного другого этиленоненасыщенного мономера, отличного от мономеров А1 (мономер(ы) А2), и (ii) низкомолекулярный сшивающий агент, который содержит, по крайней мере, две функциональные группы, выбранные из группы, включающей гидрокси, карбоновую кислоту и ее производные, первичный, вторичный и третичный амин, эпокси, альдегид.
