Abstract

本发明公开了一种木材胶黏剂,其由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂40~50份、环氧树脂10~20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1~6份、3‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3~15份、玉米芯粉1~5份、麻纤维粉1~10份、皮革副产蛋白1~7份、银杏叶单宁1~6份、松木纤维素1~10份、溶剂20~30份。本发明将多种生物质作为木材粘合剂的原料,多种生物质复合代替酚醛树脂,降低游离醛基的含量,减少甲醛等有害气体的排除,降低环境污染,且原料来源广泛,生产成本低,本发明的木材胶黏剂同时具备粘合强度大、防水性能好等效果。

一种木材胶黏剂
技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂技术领域,具体涉及一种木材胶黏剂。
背景技术
木材胶黏剂主要有氨基树脂类胶黏剂、酚醛树脂类胶黏剂、热熔胶黏剂、蛋白胶、血胶等胶黏剂,目前酚醛类胶黏剂是最常用的胶黏剂,酚醛胶黏剂具有胶粘强度高、耐水性强、,但存在酚和醛挥发量高、成本高、且原料不可再生的缺点。
木质素是一种可再生的生物质资源,其分子结构中酚羟基,其可参与苯酚、甲醛的缩合固化反应,单宁是多酚中高度聚合的化合物,其与木质素一样具有酚醛树脂的胶合性能和耐老化性。但是木质素胶黏剂具有杂质多,粘合性能差,单宁胶黏剂具有相对分子量大、粘度大、交联度低和试用期短、胶层物理力学性能差等缺点,因此单一的生物质胶黏剂还不能满足市场对粘合剂的性能要求。利用生物质部分代理酚醛树脂可以降低生产成本,同时又满足市场对胶黏剂的性能要去。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的不足,提供一种木材胶黏剂。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种木材胶黏剂其由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂40~50份、环氧树脂10~20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1~6份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3~15份、玉米芯粉1~5份、麻纤维粉1~10份、皮革副产蛋白1~7份、银杏叶单宁1~6份、松木纤维素1~10份、溶剂20~30份。
优选的,一种木材胶黏剂由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂45份、环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、玉米芯粉3份、麻纤维粉4份、皮革副产蛋白5份、银杏叶单宁5份、松木纤维素5份、溶剂25份。
其中,所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇和甲苯、聚乙烯醇、双季戊四醇的一种或两种。
本发明将酚醛树脂与环氧树脂以及与酚醛树脂、环氧树脂具有较好相容性的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛共混,以3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为交联剂,配合玉米芯粉、麻纤维粉、皮革副产蛋白、银杏叶单宁、松木纤维素等多种生物质发生交联发应生成胶黏剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、将多种生物质作为木材粘合剂的原料,原料来源广泛,生产成本低可提高资源利用率;
2、将多种生物质配合代替酚醛树脂,降低游离醛基的含量,减少甲醛等有害气体的排除,降低环境污染;
3、本发明的木材胶黏剂具有粘合强度大、防水性能的好、成本低、环境污染少等效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种木材胶黏剂由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂50份、环氧树脂10份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛6份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份、玉米芯粉5份、麻纤维粉1份、皮革副产蛋白7份、银杏叶单宁1份、松木纤维素10份、溶剂20份;所述溶剂为甲醇和乙醇和甲苯。
实施例2
一种木材胶黏剂由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂40份、环氧树脂20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷15份、玉米芯粉1份、麻纤维粉10份、皮革副产蛋白1份、银杏叶单宁6份、松木纤维素1份、溶剂30份;所述溶剂为甲苯和聚乙烯醇。
实施例3
一种木材胶黏剂由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂42份、环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、玉米芯粉3份、麻纤维粉7份、皮革副产蛋白5份、银杏叶单宁3份、松木纤维素8份、溶剂25份。所述溶剂为双季戊四醇和甲苯。
实施例4
一种木材胶黏剂由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂45份、环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、玉米芯粉3份、麻纤维粉4份、皮革副产蛋白5份、银杏叶单宁5份、松木纤维素5份、溶剂25份;所述溶剂为聚乙烯醇。

1.一种木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,其由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂40~50份、环氧树脂10~20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛1~6份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3~15份、玉米芯粉1~5份、麻纤维粉1~10份、皮革副产蛋白1~7份、银杏叶单宁1~6份、松木纤维素1~10份、溶剂20~30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,其由质量份的以下原料组成:酚醛树脂45份、环氧树脂15份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5份、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、玉米芯粉3份、麻纤维粉4份、皮革副产蛋白5份、银杏叶单宁5份、松木纤维素5份、溶剂25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述溶剂为甲醇、乙醇和甲苯、聚乙烯醇、双季戊四醇的一种或两种。
