Abstract
Многослойное содержащее лигноцеллюлозу формованное изделие, состоящее из А) одного среднего слоя или нескольких средних слоев, содержащих лигноцеллюлозосодержащие частицы и получаемых путем использования связующего вещества (а), и В) поверхностного слоя или нескольких поверхностных слоев, содержащих лигноцеллюлозосодержащие частицы и получаемых путем использования связующего вещества (b), причем связующее вещество (а) выбирают из группы, включающей (а1) формальдегидные смолы и (а2) органический изоцианат по меньшей мере с двумя изоцианатными группами; причем связующее вещество (b) содержит следующие компоненты: водный компонент (I), содержащий (i) полимер А, состоящий из следующих мономеров: а) 70-100 мас.% по меньшей мере одной этиленово-ненасыщенной моно- и/или дикарбоновой кислоты (мономер(ы) А1) и b) 0-30 мас.% по меньшей мере одного дополнительного этиленово-ненасыщенного мономера, отличного от мономеров А1 (мономер(ы) А2), и, при необходимости, (ii) низкомолекулярный сшивающий агент по меньшей мере с двумя функциональными группами, которые выбирают из группы гидрокси, карбоновой кислоты и ее производных, первичного, вторичного и третичного амина, эпокси, альдегида и, при необходимости, компонента (II) в виде водной дисперсии, содержащей один или несколько полимеров М, состоящих из следующих мономеров: а) 0-50 мас.% по меньшей мере одного этиленово-ненасыщенного мономера, содержащего эпоксидную группу и/или по меньшей мере одну гидроксиалкильную группу (мономер(ы) M1), и b) 50-100 мас.% по меньшей мере одного дополнительного этиленово-ненасыщенного мономера, отличного от мономеров M1 (мономер(ы) М2), а также, при необходимости, обычные добавки в качестве компонента (III),и причем связующее
