Abstract
本實用新型提供了一種可釋放藥物的植入物,包括用於對手術部位進行固定的植入物,所述植入物中設有存放藥物的藥物空腔,所述藥物空腔中注入有液態的藥物,所述植入物中還設有微管道,微管道貫通藥物空腔及植入物的表面,藥物空腔中的藥物通過微管道緩慢釋放至手術部位。植入物能夠對手術部位(骨折部位)的骨骼進行有效的固定,手術完成後,植入物內設置的藥物空腔內的藥物通過微管道緩釋至骨折部位,實現局部施藥以減少口服用藥,降低了骨折患者的醫療費用及心理壓力,提高了裝置的實用性。
Description
本實用新型涉及醫療用具的技術領域,具體來說是一種可釋放藥物的植入物。
目前,人體骨骼產生骨折後,可以利用外固定方式及內固定方式作治療。但當骨折損傷嚴重、斷端極其不穩定時,打石膏、支具這種外固定方式可能會引起骨折部位再移位,這時只能利用內固定方式作治療內固定方式作治療。目前內固定方式是要視乎病患者的情況,可以利用骨髓內金屬骨釘,以金屬骨釘植入骨髓位置來作治療骨折的固定物,並通過骨螺釘的方式進行固定在骨折的骨骼上;或利用金屬骨板(骨科夾板)及骨螺釘來作治療骨折的固定物,採用金屬骨板上的穿孔,在通過骨螺釘的方式進行固定在骨折的骨骼上。這樣既要對骨折部位的骨頭進行鑽孔,鑽孔完畢後用一件或多的金屬骨板將骨骼接上,然後再利用螺釘將金屬骨板固定。待到骨折部位的骨骼癒合後,按情況決定是否將金屬骨釘或金屬骨板和螺釘取出。由於需要採用手術的關係,特別在手術後24至48小時,骨折的位置痛楚往往特別嚴重、亦有機會發炎。其痛楚不但是由傷口引發,亦有心理因素影響,以至影響骨折患者康復進度,一般只能採用內用藥物來止痛及輔助治療。而內用藥物不能避免全身用藥,不能滿足廣大患者的迫切需求。
針對上述現有技術的不足,本實用新型提供一種固定方便且增加治療成效,如止痛、消炎、修復、癌症治療等,同時具有對骨折部位進行局部施藥的可釋放藥物的植入物。
本實用新型是這樣實現上述目的:可釋放藥物的植入物,為用於植入至手術部位的植入物,所述植入物中設有存放藥物的藥物空腔,所述藥物空腔中注入有液態的藥物,所述植入物中還設有微管道,微管道貫通藥物空腔及植入物的表面,藥物空腔中的藥物通過微管道緩慢釋植入物放至手術部位。
其中,所述微管道為在植入物與藥物空腔之間壁體設置的多孔結構。
其中,所述微管道為在植入物與藥物空腔之間壁體設置的網狀結構。
其中,所述植入物設有用於將植入物與手術部位進行固定的螺釘安裝孔,有鎖緊螺釘穿過螺釘安裝孔與手術部位固定連接。

本實用新型的有益效果:植入物能夠對手術部位(骨折部位)的骨骼進行有效的固定,手術完成後,植入物內設置的藥物空腔內的藥物通過微管道緩釋至骨折部位,實現局部施藥以減少口服用藥,降低了骨折患者的醫療費用及心理壓力,提高了裝置的實用性。
如圖1至圖3所示,可釋放藥物的植入物,包括用於對手術部位進行固定的植入物1,所述植入物1中設有存放藥物的藥物空腔2,所述藥物空腔2中注入有液態的藥物,所述植入物1中還設有微管道3,微管道3貫通藥物空腔2及植入物1的表面,藥物空腔2中的藥物通過微管道3緩慢釋放至手術部位。植入物1能夠對手術部位(骨折部位)的骨骼進行有效的固定,手術完成後,植入物1內設置的藥物空腔2內的藥物通過微管道3緩釋至骨折部位,實現局部施藥以減少口服用藥,降低了骨折患者的醫療費用及心理壓力,提高了裝置的實用性。
為便於藥物空腔2中藥物的釋出,微管道3可以採用多種結構實現,一是在植入物1與藥物空腔2之間壁體設置的多孔結構,參照圖4,另一是為在植入物1與藥物空腔2之間壁體設置的網狀結構,參照圖5。
所述植入物1可以為多種用於固定骨折部位骨骼的器件(未顯示),包括骨板、骨釘(即鎖緊螺釘)等等。其中骨板用於對骨折部位進行接駁及固定的器件,骨釘則是用於釘入至骨骼部位實現骨骼之間或者骨板與骨骼之間進行連接的器件。上述兩者皆可在其內設置藥物空腔2,並將藥物存放於其中以便術後緩釋至骨折部位。一般而言,骨板整體尺寸較大,因此其可設置的藥物空腔2也較大,同時還設置有螺釘安裝孔,通過鎖緊螺釘,即骨釘等固定到骨骼部位。骨釘的尺寸較小,只會設置較小的藥物空腔2,包括骨髓釘和骨螺釘等等。
下面以骨板為例,詳細對製作步驟及使用方法等進行說明。由於不同部位的骨折骨骼的輪廓及需要固定的部位都有所不同,為了使骨板能夠更好的與骨折部位進行適配以達到最理想的手術效果。骨板的製作採用以下步驟完成:,首先通過X光機或核磁共振成像設備獲取手術部位的骨骼輪廓資料,然後根據骨骼輪廓資料計算生成骨板的結構資料,並可以通過電腦形成骨板的三維模型,骨板的壁厚可為0.2~2mm;同時,每個手術根據實際情況,所需要的藥物劑量都有所不同,而且對藥物的釋放位置等也會有所不同,為此依據上述情況可通過計算獲得藥物空腔2的容積並根據骨板的結構資料設計藥物空腔2及微管道3的結構資料,藥物空腔2的容量一般為0.1~10ml,藥物空腔2於骨板之間的體積比為20%~80%,並可以通過電腦形成最終的骨板三維模型;最後通過三維列印方式根據骨板、藥物空腔2及微管道3的結構資料製造骨板。所述骨板或鎖緊螺釘採用醫療及的金屬作為製造原料,金屬具有延展性及可屈曲性,以配合骨骼不同位置的弧度,具體的金屬材料包括有醫療級的不銹鋼、鈷合金或鈦合金。骨板有主要兩個表面,一個是朝向骨骼的表面,另一個是朝向肌肉表面;其中朝向骨骼的表面光滑且具有貼合骨骼的弧面,骨板中軸位置設有多組鎖緊螺釘的孔,可以利用鎖緊螺釘將骨板固定於骨折的骨骼上。
可釋放藥物的骨板的使用方法, 於手術前,將骨板及鎖緊螺釘進行消毒,以防止細菌或病毒感染;然後,對手術部位進行麻醉消毒並對手術部位進行解剖;將骨板安裝至手術部位並調節骨板以使其配合手術部位的骨骼弧度,然後通過鎖緊螺釘將骨板與手術部位的進行固定;骨板與藥物空腔2之間壁體設有注入孔,所述藥物通過注射器由注入孔注入到藥物空腔2中,然後將注入孔封閉;對手術部位進行縫合。通過人體體液、細微管作用、滲透作用及擴散作用下,藥物空腔2中的要求在術後的24~28小時內釋放至手術部位,以此降低骨折患者痛苦,同時可以對骨折部位實現局部施藥以減少口服用藥。關於上述使用方法提及的使用注入式向藥物空腔2加注藥物,還可以使用滲透式方法,如將骨板浸入藥物浴中,藥物通過微管道3滲入至藥物空腔2中。另外,為了加快藥物的深入速度,還可以將藥物空腔2設置為真空狀態並將骨板浸入藥物浴中,藥物在負壓作用下通過微管道3滲入藥物空腔2中。

Claims (4)
- 一種可釋放藥物的植入物,其特徵在於:用於植入至手術部位的植入物(1),上述植入物(1)中設有存放藥物的藥物空腔(2),上述藥物空腔(2)中注入有液態的藥物,上述植入物(1)中還設有微管道(3),上述微管道(3)貫通上述藥物空腔(2)及上述植入物(1)的表面,上述藥物空腔(2)中的藥物通過上述微管道(3)緩慢釋放至手術部位。
- 如請求項1所述的可釋放藥物的植入物,其中上述微管道(3)為在上述植入物(1)與上述藥物空腔(2)之間壁體設置的多孔結構。
- 如請求項1所述的可釋放藥物的植入物,其中上述微管道(3)為在上述植入物(1)與上述藥物空腔(2)之間壁體設置的網狀結構。
- 如請求項1所述的可釋放藥物的植入物,其中上述植入物(1)設有用於將上述植入物(1)與手術部位進行固定的螺釘安裝孔(4),用以使得鎖緊螺釘穿過上述螺釘安裝孔(4)與手術部位固定連接。
