Description

手動同步煞車之結構改良
本創作係隸屬一種手動式煞車連動結構之創作,特別係指可應用於機車、電動代步車或自行車之同步煞車之結構改良。
按,一般自行車或機車等代步工具的煞車系統,係於對應前、後輪上方裝設煞車器,以及分別於左、右二側的把手處裝設煞車控制器,再利用二煞車線連接該二控制器及前、後輪的煞車器,利用按壓該二控制器達到控制煞車目的。而由先前技術可知,一種自行車雙輪同步煞車制動裝置(以下簡稱習用案)係如第七、八圖所示,其構成包含:一第一煞車線1、一中繼裝置2,以及一第二煞車線3;該第一煞車線1二端接頭11分別設於手把兩側的控制器,而線的中段處與中繼裝置2內的滾輪221繞設。該中繼裝置2具有一蓋體212及一筒體211,該筒體221內設一滑塊22,該滑塊22上方剖設一開口,用以樞設滾輪221,且滑塊22的下方固設該第二煞車線3。當第一煞車線1被拉動時,係帶動該滾輪221及滑塊22於筒體221內滑移,並同時拉動該第二煞車線3,用以控制前後輪的煞車器作煞車動作。
上述習用案使用上之缺失在於,1.第一煞車線係繞設該滾輪後,二端再同時與設於把手之控制器接設,如此當其中一個控制器按壓時,並無法立即帶動該滑塊向上移動,而會先與滾輪產生滑動後再逐漸因緊繃而將滑塊往上帶動,除非二控制器同時按壓,才能立即達到煞車目的,煞車的效率及品質的穩定性差。2.滑塊樞設滾輪之位置係呈開口結構,若第一煞車線與滾輪之間沒有調整緊迫狀態時,第一煞車線會因鬆弛而向外擴張與筒體接觸,造成煞車效率及品質的不良,有加以改良之必要。       有鑑於此,本創作人乃針對前述習用創作問題深入探討,並藉由多年從事相關產業之研發與製造經驗,積極尋求解決之道,經過長期努力之研究與發展,終於成功的開發出本創作『手動同步煞車之結構改良』,以改善習用創作之問題。
本創作之主要目的,係提供一種『手動同步煞車之結構改良』,其係令自行車或機車等代步工具之前、後輪煞車器,能以簡單、精巧之結構設計達到同步煞車之效果,據以增進同步煞車的效率及安全的穩定性。
緣於達成上述之創作目的,本創作『手動同步煞車之結構改良』,其構成包含一中空之外殼、一設於該外殼內之本體,以及一端與該本體接設之第一煞車線、第二煞車線與第三煞車線。主要係於該外殼二端設一上蓋及下蓋,並於該上、下蓋上分別形成二個可供煞車線穿設之通孔;而該本體下端內緣設一容置部,另端相對二側則向內形成有隔間部,該容置部用以樞設一滑輪,且該滑輪之輪面上形成一環溝,而各該隔間部內適當處設一朝外端面貫穿之穿孔。其次該第一煞車線係中段適當處呈對摺彎繞後,環套於該滑輪之環溝處,再令線的二端分別與代步工具前、後輪處之前煞車器及後煞車器接設;而第二煞車線與第三煞車線係一端之端緣設一擋塊,另端分別由該隔間部內二側之穿孔向外穿出後,各自接設於該代步工具之左控制器與右控制器。藉此,當該第二煞車線或第三煞車線被拉動時,可透過該本體令該第一煞車線產生連動,並同時利用該滑輪的調整,令該第一煞車線的二端同時拉動該前煞車器及後煞車器,達到迅速、準確且穩定性高的同步煞車效果。   有關本創作所採用之技術、手段及其功效,茲舉一較佳實施例並配合圖式詳細說明於后,相信本創作上述之目的、構造及特徵,當可由之得一深入而具體的瞭解。
請參閱第一~六圖所示,本創作『手動同步煞車之結構改良』,其係可應用於自行車、機車或電動車等代步工具(4)之煞車系統,組成結構包含一外殼(40)、一本體(50)、一滑輪(60),以及一第一煞車線(70)、第二煞車線(80)與第三煞車線(90),其中:
該外殼(40)係呈中空之圓筒結構,二外端處可套設一上蓋(41)及下蓋(42),並於該上、下蓋(41、42)上分別形成二通孔(43),該等通孔(43)可供對應之煞車線穿設。
該本體(50)概呈圓柱狀,設於該外殼(40)內,其下端內緣形成一容置部(51),另端內緣形成有隔間部(52);該容置部(51)為四面封閉結構,最內側壁面形成一線槽(511),二相對側面適當處形成有軸孔(512),可供該滑輪(60)容設後,利用一輪軸(53)經由該軸孔(512)將該滑輪(60)樞設固定。而該隔間部(52),可呈貫穿該本體(50)二側之透空結構,或形成於該本體(50)相對二側之二獨立空間,其內面適當處設有二朝外端面貫穿之穿孔(521、522)。又該本體(50)外緣設有若干珠孔(54),可供嵌設若干鋼珠(55),令該本體(50)能於該外殼(40)內順暢滑動。
該滑輪(60)軸向中心係呈穿孔結構,可供該輪軸(53)穿設而樞固於該容置部(51)內,並於輪面上形成有一環溝(61)。
該第一煞車線(70)係將其約中段位置呈對摺式彎繞後,環套於該滑輪(60)之環溝(61)處,再令該第一煞車線(70)的二端,分別與代步工具(4)設於前、後輪處之前煞車器(44)及後煞車器(45)接設。又該第一煞車線(70)環套於該環溝(61)處,並連同該滑輪(60)樞設於該容置部(51)內時,係令該第一煞車線(70)外緣定位於該線槽(511)處。
該第二煞車線(80)係於一端固設一擋塊(81),另端由該隔間部(52)內一側之穿孔(521)向外穿出後,接設於該代步工具(4)之把手左側之左控制器(46)。
該第三煞車線(90)係於一端固設一擋塊(91),另端由該隔間部(52)內另一側之穿孔(522)向外穿出後,接設於該代步工具(4)之把手右側之右控制器(47)。
藉此,利用該第一煞車線(70)中段與該滑輪(60)作滑動式組接,二端與前煞車器(44)及後煞車器(45)接設,以及第二、第三煞車線(80、90)以獨立作動結構與左控制器(46)及右控制器(47)連接之結構設計,令該第二煞車線(80)或第三煞車線(90)因煞車動作而被拉動時(如第四、五圖所示),可透過該本體(50)令該第一煞車線(70)產生連動,該第一煞車線(70)因滑輪(60)的轉動調整,而能同時拉動二端接設之前煞車器(44)及後煞車器(45),達到同步煞車之效果。利用該滑輪(60)轉動過程中帶動該前、後煞車器(44、45)作動,不僅能使煞車動作呈現緩和式的煞效果,更能在該第一煞車線(70)鬆弛時,具有自動調整連動平衡點位置的功能,使同步煞車更為迅速、準確且穩定。
綜上所述,本創作在同類產品中實有其極佳之進步實用性,同時遍查國內外關於此類結構之技術資料、文獻中亦未發現有相同的構造存在在先,是以本創作實已具備新型專利要件,爰依法提出申請。
上述實施例,僅用以舉例說明本創作,據以在不離本創作精神之範圍,熟習此項技藝者憑之而作之各種變形、修飾與應用,均應包括於本創作之範疇者。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種手動同步煞車之結構改良,其構成包含:   一外殼,其內緣中空,二端設有一上蓋及下蓋,並於該上、下蓋上分別形成二通孔;       一本體,係設於該外殼內,下端內緣形成一容置部,可供一滑輪樞設,另端內緣形成有隔間部,並於適當處設有二朝外端面貫穿之穿孔,而該滑輪之輪面上形成有一環溝,;   一第一煞車線,其中段適當處係呈對摺彎繞後,環套於該滑輪之環溝處,再令線的二端分別與代步工具之前煞車器及後煞車器接設;   一第二煞車線,一端之端緣設有一擋塊,另端由該隔間部內一側之穿孔向外穿出後,接設於該代步工具之左控制器;   一第三煞車線,一端之端緣設有一擋塊,另端由該隔間部內另一側之穿孔向外穿出後,接設於該代步工具之右控制器;   藉此,當該第二煞車線或第三煞車線被拉動時,可透過該本體令該第一煞車線產生連動,並同時利用該滑輪的調整,令該第一煞車線的二端同時拉動該前煞車器及後煞車器,達到同步煞車之目的。
  2. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之手動同步煞車之結構改良,其中該隔間部可呈貫穿該本體二側之透空結構,或形成於該本體相對二側之二獨立空間。
  3. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之手動同步煞車之結構改良,其中該容置部係為封閉之結構,二側適當處形成有軸孔,該滑輪設於該容置部內後,利用一輪軸經由該軸孔將該滑輪樞設固定。
  4. 依據申請專利範圍第1項所述之手動同步煞車之結構改良,其中該容置部內壁面可形成一線槽,當該滑輪樞設於該容置部內時,可令環套於該滑輪上之第一煞車線外緣定位於該線槽處。
