Description

簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合 【0001】
　
     本創作係有關一種具適度保溫效果之簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，尤指一種可將車內原有冷暖氣系統提供於冷暖箱及保溫箱之設計組合，由簡易之結構設計構成車內冷暖箱及保溫箱具適度冷暖保溫功能，而具創作性及新穎之目的。

     按；目前一般車內並無相關使用於保溫功能之冷藏或暖藏裝置，一般車內僅設有簡易置物箱以置放物品，而無相關的冷藏或暖藏裝置，其置物箱無法使物品冷藏或暖藏，遇到天氣太熱或太冷，車內無法方便提供駕駛及乘客適當冷熱飲料、濕紙巾或毛巾等物品，或使物品冷藏或暖藏的保鮮空間，使其功能有所不足，若能設計簡易之冷藏或暖藏裝置，即具更多樣使用效果，迄今尚未見具有此一功能。

　　有鑑於此，本創作人係針對先前技術之缺失不斷研究，遂萌生改良，從而研發出一種具有適度冷藏或暖藏保溫效果之簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，本創作之主要目的，即在提供簡易之結構設計，建構成車內冷暖箱及保溫箱具適度冷暖保溫功能，以使車內具有冷藏或暖藏裝置，即具更多樣的使用目的。

     本創作之另一目的係簡單利用設置一冷暖氣分流開關於車內儀錶板上，並充分利用車內已有之置物空間，以增設該冷暖箱及保溫箱，可用於將開車旅途上所需保溫之物品如飲料、濕紙巾或毛巾等置於其內保溫，並可隨需取用，以減少長途開車所需的停車次數; 濕冷或熱毛巾更有助開車者提神並保持清醒的功效，減少因疲勞打盹而發生之車禍，提高駕車者之安全駕駛，進而提升整體道路交通之安全。

     本創作簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，主要原理乃以一分流開關及導管把車內冷氣或暖氣在排出前先導經冷暖箱及保溫箱再排出以達到冷暖箱及保溫箱具有適度之保溫效果又不影響車內原有冷暖氣之排放，乃將車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑分流接一導管至分流開關，分流開關打開後可將冷暖氣經導管引導至建構式冷暖箱，該冷暖箱為一設有一入口及二個出口之大小適度的密閉置物空間，入口係使冷暖氣進入，而其中一出口(6)連接至一保溫箱，保溫箱則可為建構式(build-in) 或可攜帶式(portable)。建構式者可利用車內原有儲藏箱稍作修改使之密閉為之;可攜帶式者則可以一具有開關功能之開口的手提冷卻箱(cooler)為之。冷暖箱之另一出口(7)可導引其餘冷暖氣至原來車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑排出，當保溫箱內已經充滿冷暖氣，則所有進入冷暖箱之冷暖氣將由出口(7)導引至原來車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑排出以保持該密閉之冷暖箱設計裝置組合隨時處於常溫及常壓狀況，不至於有過冷或過熱或因高壓發生爆炸。

     該冷暖箱上方設有可打開之外蓋，將濕毛巾或濕紙巾等物品置於金屬層上冷藏或暖藏，金屬層為鏤空之設計，使冷暖氣容易經過金屬層到達底層後引導至二出口，其金屬層上之一側設有至少二個飲料座孔，可將護蓋打開將飲料置於飲料座孔內維持冷藏或暖藏。

     為令本創作之技術手段能夠更完整且清楚的揭露，茲請一併參閱所附圖式及圖號，並詳細說明如下:

     首先，請參閱第一圖所示，本創作係提供一種簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，包括有:分流開關(1)、冷暖箱(2)、導管(3)以及連接於導管(3)之保溫箱(4)等組成，該分流開關(1)經導管(3)接至一冷暖箱(2)，其冷暖箱(2)為建構式(build-in)，該內壁可襯以不銹鋼金屬薄片(12)或其他保溫材質製成，乃一設有一入口(5)及二出口(6)(7)之大小適度的密閉置物空間，入口(5)係使冷暖氣進入，而其中一出口(6)經導管(3)連接至一保溫箱(4)，該保溫箱則可為建構式(build-in)或可攜帶式(portable) ; 另一出口(7)則導引至原來車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑上，該冷暖箱(2)內設有上、下二層置物空間，中間係由金屬層(8)分隔，金屬層(8)為鏤空之設計，其上之一側設有至少二個飲料座孔(9)，冷暖箱(2)上設有可打開之外蓋(10)，於外蓋(10)中設有一對應於飲料座孔(9)可開關之護蓋(11)。

     本創作將車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑分流接一導管(3)至分流開關(1)，分流開關(1)可設於車內儀表板上，該分流開關(1)打開後可將冷暖氣經導管(3)引導至冷暖箱(2)，將飲料置於冷暖箱(2)之飲料座孔(9)內，毛巾或濕紙巾等物品置於冷暖箱(2)之金屬層(8)上，可維持冷藏或暖藏，冷暖氣經過金屬層(8)到達底層後引導至二出口(6) (7)，進一步再引導冷暖氣至保溫箱(4)及導引其餘冷暖氣至原來車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑排出。

     本創作由簡易之結構設計以構成車內冷暖箱(2)及保溫箱(4)具適度冷暖保溫功能，冷暖箱(2)及保溫箱(4)可有效充分利用車內冷暖氣，使冷暖箱內毛巾或飲料等維持適宜冷暖溫度，並可隨需取用，以減少長途開車所需的停車次數，濕冷熱毛巾更有助開車者提神並保持清醒的功效，以提高開車之安全，並可解決天氣太熱或太冷時開車的困擾，不但設計簡單且實用性高，頗具經濟上之利用價值。

     綜上所述，上述實施例僅用以舉例本創作，並非用以限制本創作，在不離本創作精神之範圍內，熟悉此項技藝者所作之各種變化、修飾與應用均包括於本創作之範疇，本創作簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合已符合新型專利申請之要件，爰依法提出專利申請。

Claims (3)

  1. 1.一種簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，主要原理乃以一分流開關及導管把車內冷氣或暖氣在排出前先導經冷暖箱及保溫箱再排出，以達到冷暖箱及保溫箱具有適度保溫效果，又不影響到車內原有冷暖氣之排放，其裝置組合包括：
    一分流開關，其可單獨設於車內儀表板上或加入為汽車原有冷暖氣出口位置選項之一，由車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑分流接一導管至分流開關；
    一冷暖箱，其設置與分流開關之導管連接，該冷暖箱為建構式(build-in)，四周內壁襯以不銹鋼金屬薄片或其他保溫材質製成以加速冷暖氣之吸取及保持，其設有一入口及二出口之大小適度的密閉置物空間，入口係使冷暖氣進入，而其中一出口由導管將進入冷暖箱之部份冷暖氣導出至保溫箱，另一出口則導引其餘冷暖氣至原來車內冷暖氣系統出口之路徑上排出，該冷暖箱內設有二層置物空間，中間係由金屬層分隔，其為鏤空之設計。
  2. 2.如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，其金屬層上之一側設有至少二個飲料座孔，進一步冷暖箱上設有可打開之外蓋，於外蓋中設有一對應於飲料座孔可開關之護蓋。
  3. 3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之簡易車內冷暖箱設計裝置組合，其保溫箱則可為建構式(build-in)或可攜帶式(portable)，如為建構式者乃利用車內原有儲藏箱稍作修改使之密閉為之，而可攜帶式者則可以一具有開關功能且能與導管連接之開口的手提冷卻箱(cooler)為之。
