Abstract
本发明公开一种具适度保温效果之简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合;一种利用车内原有冷暖气系统加一分流阀开关及导管,将车内冷暖气在排出前先导入一建构式(built-in)密闭冷暖箱及一可携带式(portable)保温箱之设计组合后再排出。由简易之管线绕道分流设计,在不影响车内冷暖气排放功能下,可让车内拥有一具适度冷暖保温功能之冷暖箱及保温箱,使置放于箱内之湿巾或食物饮料等得以维持适当之低或高温,提供驾驶者方便于夏天随时有伸手可取之冷湿巾、饮料,冬天有热湿巾、饮料、可用以提神解劳,以降低驾驶者因长途或长时间开车之精神疲劳,并减少因疲劳而发生之交通事故,故可大大提高整体交通安全,不但设计简单且实用性高,颇具经济上之利用价值。

技术领域
本发明系有关一种具适度保温效果之简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,尤指一种可利用车内原有冷暖气系统加一分流阀开关及导管将冷暖气导引入一建构式(built-in)密闭冷暖箱及一可携带式(portable)保温箱之设计组合,由简易之管线绕道分流结构设计即可让车内拥有一具适度冷暖保温功能之冷暖箱及保温箱,而具发明及新颖之目的。
背景技术
按;目前一般车内并无任何简易实用,且具有保温功能之建构式(built-in)的冷藏箱或暖藏箱装置,一般车内仅设有简单置物箱以置放物品,而无相关的冷藏或暖藏装置,其置物箱无法使物品冷藏或暖藏,遇到天气太热或太冷,车内无法方便提供驾驶及乘客适当温度具有提神作用的冷热饮料、冷热湿纸巾或毛巾等物品,或让物品冷藏或暖藏的保鲜空间,使其使用功能上有所不足与不便,若能于车内驾驶座旁设计一简易建构式(built-in)之密闭冷藏或暖藏箱装置,并利用车子本有之冷暖气为冷热源来达成其冷藏或暖藏之目的,即可让每一部车子具更多样性之使用效果,唯迄今尚未见任何上市车辆具有此一功能之简易设计或装置。经由专利案例搜寻,虽有类似发明或专利设计之一些前案例,例如中国专利号码:CN200510034083.7,“一种多功能车载冷热箱”,以及中国专利号码:CN201300218842,“一种车载冷暖贮藏箱”..等专利案件。唯按其内容所述,如CN200510034083.7之专利案件其在实际应用上仍有制造成本高、加工不便、需销耗额外汽车电瓶能源且只有可携带式等缺点,CN201300218842之专利案件,则在设计安装及应用上仍有过于复杂之嫌,又需占用较大之车辆有限空间,使用不够简便及欠缺可携带式之缺点,以致迄今尚无法普及或广为汽车制造厂所采用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明人系针对先前技术之缺失不断研究,遂萌生改良,从而研发出一种具有适度冷藏或暖藏保温效果之简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,本发明之主要目的,旨在提供一简易、使用方便之管线绕道分流结构设计,以建构成车内冷暖箱及保温箱具适度冷暖保温功能,让车内随时皆具有冷藏或暖藏装置,即具更多样性的使用目的。
本发明之另一目的系简单利用设置一冷暖气分流阀开关于车内仪表板上,并充分利用车内已有之置物空间稍加改进使成密闭,以作为冷暖箱及保温箱,可将开车旅途上所需保温之物品如食物、饮料、湿纸巾或毛巾等置于其内保温,并可随需方便伸手取用不必停车,亦不影响开车,如此即可有效减少于长途开车中所需的停车次数;而众所周知,以湿冷或热毛巾擦拭眼脸、饮冷热饮料,具有帮助驾驶者提神并保持清醒的功效,故可大大的减少因疲劳打盹而发生之车祸,提高驾驶者之安全驾驶,进而提升整体道路交通之安全。
本发明简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,主要原理乃以一分流阀开关及导管把车内冷气或暖气在排出前先导经密闭之冷暖箱及保温箱再排出以达到冷暖箱及保温箱具有适度之保温效果,又不影响车内原有冷暖气之排放功能;首先,将车内冷暖气系统出口之路径分流,接一导管至分流阀开关,分流阀开关打开后可将冷暖气经导管引导至一建构式(built-in)之密闭冷暖箱,该冷暖箱为一设有具相同口径,包括一入口及二个出口,大小适度的密闭置物空间,入口系为导入冷暖气,而其中一出口接以导管将部分冷暖气导入保温箱,保温箱则可为可携带式(portable)或建构式(built-in)。如为建构式者则可利用车内原有储藏箱(如位于副驾驶座前方者)稍作修改使之具密闭性为之;如为可携带式者则可以一具有开与关功能之开口的手提式冷却箱(coolerbox)为之。冷暖箱之另一出口则导引其余冷暖气至原来车内冷暖气系统之出口路径排出,当保温箱内已经充满冷暖气,则所有进入冷暖箱之冷暖气即会全部经由此出口导引至原来车内冷暖气系统之出口路径排出,如此即可确保该密闭冷暖箱设计装置组合随时处于常温及常压之气体流动平衡状况,不至于有过冷或过热或因高压发生爆炸。
该密闭之冷暖箱上方设有可打开之外盖,外盖上设有二个对应于饮料罐座垫之开口与护盖,开口孔径应能与市面上最普遍之12oz饮品之铝罐紧紧密合以减少漏气,可将湿毛巾或湿纸巾等物品置于金属层上冷藏或暖藏,金属层可搬动(removable),为镂空之设计,使冷暖气容易透过金属层到达底层后引导至二出口,在金属层上之一侧,于相对应外盖二个开口位置设有二个防滑凹孔或饮料罐座垫,使用时可将外盖上开口之护盖打开将饮料罐置于凹孔或座垫上维持冷藏或暖藏。座垫上无饮料罐时可将外盖上之护盖盖上以确保冷暖箱之密闭性及保温功效。冷暖箱之位置选择,乃以汽车驾驶方便使用为最优先考量。另于保温箱之一侧,可设一可调节排气大小之调气孔,以保持箱内冷暖气具流通性,以保清新。

为令本发明之技术手段能够更完整且清楚的揭露,兹请一并参阅所附图式及图号,并详细说明如下:
首先,请参阅图1至图4所示,本发明系提供一种简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,主要包括有:分流阀开关(1)、冷暖箱(2)、导管(3)以及连接于导管之保温箱(4)等组成,其中分流阀开关(1)经导管(3)接至一冷暖箱(2);该冷暖箱为建构式(built-in),位于驾驶座旁,内壁可衬以不锈钢金属薄片(12)或其它保温材质制成,乃一具有三个相同口径之开口(5)-(7),大小适度的密闭置物空间,其一入口(5)系使冷暖气进入,而其中一出口(6)经由导管连接至保温箱(4);该保温箱或为可携带式(portable)或建构式(built-in);于保温箱之一侧,设有一可调节排气大小之调气孔(13)。冷暖箱之另一出口(7)则由导管连接至原来车内冷暖气系统之出口路径上;冷暖箱内设有上、下二层置物空间,中间系由一可搬动式(removable)之金属层(8)分隔;金属层为镂空之设计,其上之一侧设有二个防滑凹孔或饮料罐座垫(9);冷暖箱(2)上设有可打开之外盖(10),于外盖(10)上设有二个对应于饮料罐座垫(9)可开闭之开口与护盖(11)。
在实际运作之流程上,本发明首先乃将车内冷暖气系统出口之路径分流接一导管(3)至分流阀开关(1),分流阀开关(1)可单独设于车内仪表板上或将之加入为原有冷暖气出口选项之一,当该分流阀开关(1)开启后可将冷暖气经导管(3)引导至冷暖箱(2),将饮料罐置于冷暖箱(2)之饮料罐座垫(9)上、湿毛巾或湿纸巾等物品置于冷暖箱(2)之金属层(8)上即可维持冷藏或暖藏;而冷暖气经过金属层(8)到达底层后,则由出口(6)导引部分冷暖气至保温箱(4),另由出口(7)导引其余冷暖气至原来车内冷暖气系统之出口路径排出;保温箱(4)之调气孔(13)可以保持箱内冷暖气具流通性,以保清新。
本发明特殊之处:有别于前列二专利案号内所示之复杂设计装置,本发明之特殊性与区别之处可综合成以下诸点:1.本发明系以一极简易之汽车冷暖气管线绕道分流结构设计原理构建成车内冷暖箱(2)及保温箱(4)具适度冷暖保温功能,其建构式之冷暖箱(2)及保温箱(4)乃利用车内驾驶座旁原有之置物或置饮料罐空间以及副驾驶座前方置物箱稍加修饰使具密闭性并设冷暖气出入口,连接导管而成,故不会额外占用车内原有之有限空间。如为可携带式保温箱(4),则可以一具有一可调式调气孔(13),以及具有一简单开、关之开口以连接导管的手提式冷却箱(cooler box)为之,故建构式与可携带式兼具2.冷暖箱之冷热气来源可在原有车子冷热气出口之分流源头加一分流导管截流之,故不须额外供应,浪费能源。而分流导管之开关则可单独设于车内仪表板上适当处,亦可将之加入为原有汽车冷暖气出口处的选项之一,实务及技术上简单可行,3.冷暖箱(2)及保温箱(4)内之冷热气皆具速、缓流动性,时时更新,故可随时保持箱内冷暖气及食物、饮料之鲜感度,不易产生霉味,4.连接于可携带式保温箱(4)的导管出口可视各类型车需要将之延伸至副驾座左前方、后排座位、以及后车厢内并于各适当位置处分别设置一相同口径之出口与护盖,使其成一具有多孔出口(multi-outlets)与密封盖,以方便一个或多个可携带式保温箱之导管连接及方便保温箱弹性置放于不同位置(例如:当车内满座,保温箱即可置放于后车厢),5.本发明在应用上具有迅速、有效、简单、方便、安全与实用之诸多特性,其简单使用步骤:上车→发动车子引擎→开冷暖气并选择经由冷暖箱(2)为出口→约一至三分钟即可随手,方便地由驾驶座旁冷暖箱内取出湿冷毛/纸巾使用(暖气、暖毛/纸巾则需等引擎热),绝对不会影响开车,更无须停车,6.本发明所阐述用以组成简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合之各主要组件,包括分流阀开关、导管、建构式(built-in)冷暖箱、可携带式(portable)或建构式(built-in)保温箱、饮料罐座垫、护盖…等等,均未订定明确型式、大小、尺寸、确切位置、及使用材料,其目的乃为给予各种不同车厂及不同类型车辆在使用及实际设计生产上依其可应用空间大小、位置、材料使用上具有最大之变化弹性,以配合各原有车辆生产线设备为主要考量,7.本发明在原理及应用上具有极大之普遍性与通用性,适用于各种不同车厂及不同类型车辆之新产大小型轿车、SUV、货运、卡车等,皆一体适用,而唯一可见之缺点是不方便适用于现有之使用车辆,8.最重要的一点是在实际设计及原有生产线设备上不需要做巨大的投资与改变。
故本发明不但设计简单且实用性极高,极具开发之潜力,未来或可像雨刷、车灯、气囊(air bag)一般成为各类型新车需要且实际,可用以提高整体交通安全之重要配备之一,颇具经济上开发及利用价值。
综上所述,上述实施例仅用以举例本发明,并非用以限制本发明,
在不离本发明精神之范围内,熟悉此项技艺者所作之各种变化、修饰与应用均包括于本发明之范畴,本发明简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合已符合发明专利申请之要件,爰依法提出专利申请。
Claims (3)
1.一种简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,主要原理乃以一分流阀开关及导管把车内冷气或暖气在排出前先导经冷暖箱及保温箱再排出,以达到冷暖箱及保温箱具有适度保温效果,又不影响到车内原有冷暖气之排放功能,其装置组合包括:
一分流阀开关,其可单独设于车内仪表板上或加入为汽车原有冷暖气出口位置选项之一,由车内冷暖气系统出口处之管路上分流接一导管至分流阀开关;
一冷暖箱,其设置与分流阀开关之导管连接,该冷暖箱为建构式(built-in),位于驾驶座旁,亦即前排座位中央,其四周内壁衬以不锈钢金属薄片或其它保温材质制成以加速冷暖气之吸取及保持,其设有相同口径之一入口及二出口,大小适度的密闭置物空间,入口系使冷暖气进入,而其中一出口由导管将进入冷暖箱之部份冷暖气导出至保温箱,另一出口则导引其余冷暖气至原来车内冷暖气系统出口之路径上排出,该冷暖箱内设有二层置物空间,中间系由金属层分隔,其为镂空之设计。
2.如权利要求1所述的简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,其金属层上之一侧设有二个防滑之凹孔或饮料罐座垫,进一步冷暖箱上设有可打开之外盖,于外盖上设有二个对应于饮料罐座垫可开关之开口与护盖。
3.如权利要求所述的简易车内冷暖箱设计装置组合,其保温箱为可携带式(portable)或可为建构式(built-in),如为建构式者乃利用车内原有储藏箱稍作修改使之密闭为之,而可携带式者则可以一具有可调节排气大小之调气孔(13),且备有能与导管相连接之开口的手提冷却箱(cooler box)为之。连接于保温箱导管之出口(6),可视各类型车需要,将之延伸至副驾座左前方、后排座位、以及后车厢内并于各适当位置处分别设置一相同口径出口与护盖使其形成多孔出口(multi-outlets),以方便一个或多个可携带式保温箱之导管连接及使用并增加其置放位子之弹性。
